Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Method

Order Cut-off Times

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM on a business day are picked and shipped the same day, provided the item is in stock. Orders placed after 10:00 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays are shipped the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Business customers: 2–5 business days with PostNord Business, depending on delivery location.
  • Private customers: 2–5 business days with PostNord MyPack, to your nearest pickup point.

Shipping Costs

  • Business customers: Free shipping on orders of NOK 5,000 or more. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs vary by delivery zone in Norway — contact us for rates applicable to your zone.
  • Private customers: Free shipping on orders of NOK 750 or more. A flat shipping fee of NOK 49 applies to orders below NOK 750.

Order and Shipping Confirmations

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is registered. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent once your package has been dispatched.

Customer Responsibility for Address and Contact Information

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and mobile number when placing an order. A fee of NOK 250 applies for returned or uncollected shipments resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delays

  • In the event of a delayed delivery, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of it, along with an updated delivery estimate. Depending on the nature of the delay, you may be entitled to demand delivery, a price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase.

Warehouse Pickup

  • Business customers: Certain business customers may arrange to collect orders directly from our warehouse instead of shipping via PostNord. This must be agreed separately when your business account is set up.
  • Private customers: Not applicable, unless otherwise agreed.
